Orders under $75.00 are charged a minimum shipping rate of $8.99.
Orders over 75.00 are charged affordable UPS shipping rates based on weight, size, and value.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Oversized for heavy items that are not UPSable will be shipped via truck. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada.
If you order before 2 p.m. your time, we will ship
your order out to you that same day by UPS ground service, which will be
delivered the next day in most areas. Items that are too large or heavy to be
delivered by UPS will be shipped by common carrier, dock to dock, and will take
approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. There is no minimum order size or
small order size charges.
Cancellations- Orders for shipment are processed rapidly. If you want to cancel an
order, notify us immediately and we will try to issue the cancellation; however,
if we are unable to do so because the order has already been shipped, you may
refuse to accept the order when it arrives. Once you have accepted a delivery,
you may return items per the terms of our return policy. We review each order
for accuracy and reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. An email
will be sent to the customer notifying them of such cancellation, and the
customer's credit card will be credited.
Liability Matters- We
will not be in breach of any of our obligations if our performance is prevented
or delayed for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to
adverse weather, civil disturbance, internet slowdowns, server issues, armed
conflict, unavailability of supply of products, fire, flood, labor unrest,
disruption in transportation, etc. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS,
OR DATA, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR ITS SERVICES PROVIDED
TO A CUSTOMER, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
FURTHER, A CUSTOMER?S SOLE REMEDY FROM US SHALL BE TO RETURN PRODUCTS OR RECEIVE
PARTIAL CREDIT AS DESCRIBED ELSEWHERE IN THESE GENERALLY APPLICABLE STORE
POLICIES.
Product Warranties- A customer will receive the benefit of manufacturer's
warranties on products purchased. WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH OR BY
US (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF
PERFORMANCE, DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE).
Returns- If you are not satisfied with your OfficeSupplyInc.com purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals). We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your money. Electronics items, digital cameras, computers, PDA's and business machines must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All other items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All food and medicine products are non-returnable. Any claims for damage and/or shortages must be made within 7 days of the date of shipment.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise-
You must notify Customer Service within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange pick up at no cost to you.
Items Not Damaged or Defective-
Submit your RMA within 14 days after receipt of the order to obtain a return authorization, and the product should be received by our distribution center within 30 days from the original date of the order. These items must be returned in first class, undamaged, saleable condition in the original manufacturer's packaging. Do not write the return authorization number or other return information on the original product packaging, since the merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. A credit for the returned merchandise (less the original shipping cost) will be issued within ten days of receipt of the item(s).
